When you have a computer issue or a question, you have several ways to contact our support team and report your issues and requests. We also offer remote computer support to rapidly resolve issues and questions. Remote computer support allows us to see the problem you are having, and “take control” of your computer to fix and repair the issue without the delay of drive time to your location.

How do I get computer support outside of normal business hours?

Note: By using this service, after hours rates may apply for non-contract customers. Customers with emergency after hours contracts or managed service contracts will receive priority service and response times. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a response time for customers without a contract.
